About the role

We are seeking a commercially minded, technically fluent, and detail-obsessed Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery for the core product domain at Hostaway .

This is the part of the platform our customers open first each morning: where they set prices, open or close dates, write the rules that govern each stay, and build the listings that go out to every channel they sell on. It directly affects their earnings and helps them turn empty calendars into fully booked ones.

In this role, you will define the vision, roadmap and execution across pricing, availability and listing content. Pricing and availability come first, and listings sit in the same experience layer under the same standard. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and the teams responsible for channel connections to build experiences property managers can trust without needing to double-check their work.

You'll also take on build missions, using our AI tooling to carry an idea all the way from discovery and prototype to shipped product, with engineers beside you

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software, ideally for professional users who rely on the product all day.

• Experience owning a broad product area with multiple connected workflows, not just a single feature, and making complex systems easier to understand and use, especially where external platforms behave differently.

• You build with AI as part of your daily workflow, comfortable going from idea to clickable or working prototype with AI coding tools, and excited by the idea of a PM who ships, not just specs.

• Enough technical fluency to work confidently with engineers on APIs and integrations; you won’t build them yourself.

• Run continuous discovery as your default operating mode.

• Sound judgment on trade-offs, and the resilience to work through long-standing problems in a product customers depend on.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, hospitality, vacation rentals or marketplaces.

• Work on pricing, rates, distribution or inventory, properties, rooms, vehicles or equipment.

You don’t need to come from vacation-rental software. We’re interested in people who can simplify complex systems and strengthen a product their customers depend on.
