Billing Administrator

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Billing Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning accurate invoicing and billing for a UK business.

Role overview

You will make sure customers are billed correctly and on time. You will prepare invoices, resolve billing queries and keep records clean for the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit notes

• Check billing data against contracts and orders

• Resolve billing queries with customers

• Reconcile billing records with the finance team

• Keep billing reports accurate for month-end

What you'll need

• Experience in billing, invoicing or accounts administration

• Experience with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks

• Strong numeracy and attention to detail

• Clear written English for customer queries

• A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection

Nice to have

• Experience with recurring or subscription billing

• Familiarity with UK VAT invoicing

• Experience with Excel reporting
