Job Description:

Join Job Duck as a Legal Assistant and play an important role in supporting a busy litigation practice through exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail. In this position, you will help keep cases moving forward by managing administrative legal tasks, maintaining accurate records, monitoring deadlines, and coordinating critical case information. You will work closely with attorneys and paralegals while contributing to an environment where accuracy, accountability, and initiative are highly valued. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work, thrives in a fast paced setting, and is committed to providing dependable legal support.

Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Litigation Assistant, or similar support role preferred • Plaintiff side litigation experience preferred but not required • Strong organizational and time management skills • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a legal team • Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information • Comfortable communicating with clients and external parties via phone and email • Ability to receive feedback constructively and apply it to future work

• Pacific Standard Time (PST)

• Monday through Friday

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
