Tech Lead / Systems Architect (Python / C# / Java)

We are seeking a versatile and highly capable Tech Lead / Systems Architect to join our team immediately. In this role, you will initially focus on internal systems, gaining a deep understanding of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations and core infrastructure .

As an outsourcing and consulting partner, we do not have one specific client project lined up for you. Instead, you will be our technical anchor.

Requirements

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Backend Development: Proficiency in Python, C#, or Java (and the willingness to work across these ecosystems as client needs dictate).

• Cloud Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.

• System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems, APIs, and database schemas.

Soft Skills Required:

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proactive and organized approach to project management.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Project Initiation

• Design robust system architectures for upcoming client projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

• Launch projects from scratch , making foundational decisions on tech stacks, project structures, and deployment pipelines.

• Translate ambiguous client business requirements into concrete, production-ready technical roadmaps.

• 🔍 Code & Infrastructure Auditing

• Analyze and understand existing codebases and legacy infrastructure quickly.

• Evaluate cloud infrastructure setups to identify bottlenecks, security risks, or optimization opportunities.

• Bridge the gap between software development and infrastructure management.

• 💼 Client Consulting & Internal Integration

• Embed with our internal MSP team initially to understand our current infrastructure, tooling, and operational workflows.

• Act as a technical consultant for clients, joining discovery calls to architect solutions that meet their specific needs.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers as client projects scale.
