What You’ll Do

To delight our customers by exceeding their expectations in all aspects of support and service. The Config Team is an experienced and trusted SAP AMS partner.

This is a senior, customer-facing role with responsibility for managing and delivering day-to-day client requirements, including Service Requests, Incident Resolution and Problem Management, in line with ITIL methodology and Service Level Agreements.

The successful candidate will also lead complex changes, contribute to project delivery, resolve challenging issues and improve SAP-related processes.

As a subject-matter expert, the Senior AMS Consultant will work closely with customers and colleagues across our delivery teams. The role also includes supporting the development of less-experienced team members through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

To ensure the above is fully achievable for our clients you will need to have a strong knowledge and understanding of SAP MM, and SAP PP.

Required Skills

• Functional experience within SAP PP.

• Good knowledge on processes and best practice principles within specialist area of SAP.

• Background in an SAP support or SAP AMS environment.

• To be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities in SAP.

• Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders in a support environment.

• A full valid UK driving licence.

• Right to work in the UK.

Desired Skills

• Functional and/or configuration experience within SAP SD and SAP MM.

• Experience of using or implementing mobile solutions either in SAP ITS or using a Third Party Product with SAP.

• Able to investigate issues and bugs.
