Senior Product Designer

About the Role

Join a product and engineering team to shape a SaaS platform that helps software businesses grow through user and partner referrals. You will own design work from defining problems through launch, spanning embedded product experiences, design systems, and brand surfaces.

What You'll Do

• Partner with product and engineering to take roadmap projects from early problem definition to shipped solutions.

• Identify and deliver improvements across existing product areas, from major redesigns to quality-of-life updates.

• Create low- and high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate ideas and validate approaches.

• Contribute to design systems across product, marketing, and brand surfaces.

• Refine embedded interfaces so they feel trustworthy and native within other products.

• Help develop design culture and contribute to product thinking across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of product design experience working on SaaS software.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft alongside product, interaction, and systems design experience.

• Experience designing components and patterns within broader systems, with good judgment about when to innovate beyond convention.

• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, and an interest in experimenting with new design tools.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working asynchronously.

• Comfort taking ownership amid ambiguity and shifting priorities, and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.

• Experience with embedded or developer-facing products, data-heavy or AI-assisted experiences, or both in-house and agency settings is a plus.

Location

Fully remote for candidates based in Europe within CET plus or minus 3 hours.
