Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and data-driven PPC Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns.

You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and improving paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Your focus will be on maximising campaign performance, generating high-quality leads, and delivering measurable returns on advertising investment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a performance marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership of campaigns, analysing data, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.

• Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve conversions, reduce acquisition costs, and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for growth.

• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spending effectively across campaigns.

• Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad copy, creatives, targeting, and landing page performance.

• Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.

• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and performance measurement.

• Prepare performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop effective advertising strategies.

• Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and PPC best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in PPC management or paid digital advertising.

• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.

• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).

• Demonstrated success in optimising campaigns for conversions, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.

• Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

• Experience managing advertising budgets and making data-driven optimisation decisions.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.

• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, or TikTok Ads.

• Experience with eCommerce advertising or lead generation campaigns.

• Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page best practices.

• Relevant Google Ads or digital marketing certifications.

• Experience working with international clients.

Benefits

🌎 100% Remote: Work from anywhere while collaborating with international teams.

💰 Competitive Compensation: Salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

🚀 Career Growth: Opportunities to develop your expertise and take ownership of high-impact performance marketing campaigns.

📈 International Exposure: Work with growing businesses and marketing teams across global markets.

🎯 Meaningful Impact: Directly influence campaign performance, lead generation, and revenue growth.

🤝 Collaborative Environment: Join a supportive team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

💻 Long-Term Opportunity: Build your career with an ambitious, growth-focused company.
