Recruitment Administrator

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

Role overview

You will keep a UK recruitment team moving by managing job adverts, candidate records and interview scheduling end to end. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and follow-through matter every day, and you will be trusted to work independently without being chased. You will also be part of a supportive remote team, with regular check-ins, clear priorities and the tools you need to do your best work from day one, so you always know what good looks like.

You will work UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK, 11:00–19:00 SAST) from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers. Remote Recruitment supports you from placement onwards.

Key responsibilities

• Post and refresh job adverts across job boards

• Screen applications against the basic criteria

• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication

• Keep the ATS accurate and up to date

• Prepare offer paperwork and right-to-work checks

What you'll need

• Experience using an ATS such as Workable, Bullhorn or Manatal

• Excellent diary and scheduling skills

• Polished written English

• Discretion with candidate data

• Comfort juggling many open roles

Nice to have

• Agency recruitment exposure

• LinkedIn Recruiter familiarity

• Basic POPIA or GDPR awareness
