Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and organized Quality Assurance Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our processes, and services comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

This role requires excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in English , and a strong background in data management and process documentation or similar roles.

As a Quality Assurance Virtual Assistant , you will handle various operational tasks including process documentation, analyzing data for quality assurance procedures, and resolving any arising issues.

Requirements

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Advanced English Knowledge: advanced, or professional.

• Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement.

• Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance (IS A PLUS)

• Proficiency in QA tools, statistical analysis, and reporting software .

• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills Required:

• Professionalism: Professional attitude and ethical behavior.

• Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactiveness: Ability to foresee and address potential scheduling conflicts in advance.

• Prioritization skills: Ability to identify, establish, and assign priorities.
