Job description
Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month
Remote Recruitment is hiring a Procurement Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning purchase orders and supplier admin for a UK business.
Role overview
You will keep purchasing running smoothly for a UK business. You will raise purchase orders, chase suppliers and make sure orders and invoices match.
Key responsibilities
• Raise and track purchase orders
• Request quotes and compare supplier prices
• Chase suppliers on delivery dates and confirmations
• Match orders, deliveries and invoices
• Maintain supplier records and purchasing reports
What you'll need
• Experience in procurement, purchasing or supply administration
• Experience with an ERP or accounting system such as Xero or NetSuite
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Clear written English for supplier communication
• A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection
Nice to have
• Experience negotiating with suppliers
• Familiarity with three-way matching
• Experience with Excel reporting

This is a full-time, 100% remote role working UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
