About the Role

At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid customer acquisition and drive profitable growth across digital advertising channels.

This is a hands-on performance role focused on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and ROAS . You’ll own campaigns from strategy and budget allocation through testing, optimization, and reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other paid channels

• Develop campaign structures, targeting, and audience strategies

• Own advertising budgets, spend allocation, and pacing

• Monitor and improve CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

• Test creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages

• Optimize campaigns based on performance and conversion data

• Implement and validate conversion tracking and attribution

• Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns

• Collaborate with creative, sales, and leadership teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of performance marketing or paid media experience

• Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Experience managing meaningful paid advertising budgets

• Strong understanding of:

• ROAS and CAC

• CPL and CPA

• Conversion tracking

• Attribution

• Campaign optimization

• Demonstrated success improving ROAS or customer acquisition efficiency

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

• Experience with creative and landing-page testing

• Ability to independently manage and optimize paid campaigns

• Strong written and verbal English communication
