As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, implement practical solutions, and support business leadership with operational planning and cross-team accountability.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Workflow & Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day business operations and workflows, ensuring tasks and key deliverables stay on track.

• 👥 Team & Project Coordination: Coordinate people, processes, projects, and deadlines across teams while fostering operational accountability.

• 🔍 Process Improvement & SOPs: Identify inefficiencies, implement practical operational improvements, and create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• 💡 Problem Solving & Support: Support leadership with operational planning and execution, troubleshoot operational issues, and find proactive solutions.

• 📊 Reporting & Systems: Support the implementation of systems, tools, and processes while providing regular updates to leadership.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations, business operations, project coordination, or a similar role.

• Skills & Mindset: Proactive, self-directed approach with exceptional organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Communication: Professional written and spoken English communication skills.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Tech & AI Proficiency: Comfortable using modern workplace technology, software, and AI tools.

• Workplace Setup: Based in South Africa with an owned reliable laptop, fast and stable internet connection, and full commitment to U.S. business hours.
