Bits of your job:

• Understand the NHMD brand, its audience, positioning, and tone — and translate that into effective paid social campaigns

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across prospecting and retargeting

• Conduct audience research and continuously test interests, lookalikes, broad targeting, and new audience opportunities

• Analyze key performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates

• Develop creative testing strategies tailored to the NHMD brand — testing different hooks, angles, messages, visuals, and formats

• Identify winning campaigns and scale them while maintaining profitability and brand consistency

• Track and report performance using Meta Ads Manager and relevant analytics tools

• Work closely with the creative and content team to turn performance insights into stronger, on-brand creative

• Stay on top of Meta Ads trends and identify new opportunities that make sense for NHMD

• Support other marketing initiatives and take on other assigned tasks as needed

Requirements

Key expectations:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads

• Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably

• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

• Experience managing budgets of €5,000+/month preferred

• Fluent English

Salary: From 1,700 €/mon. net
