Marketing & Digital Operations Specialist

This role drives multi-channel marketing initiatives, blending creative content production, campaign management, CRM oversight, and administrative support. This role focuses on digital marketing, real estate promotion, event support, lead generation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of executing both strategic and operational marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, email, SMS, and digital channels.

• Build marketing funnels, landing pages, and digital campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.

• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

Social Media & Digital Media Management

• Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

• Produce engaging graphics, motion graphics, short-form and long-form videos.

• Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and grow brand presence online.

• Utilize tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Buffer, Metricool, and Meta Business Suite.

Real Estate & Event Marketing

• Promote real estate products and corporate events through digital media and offline channels.

• Coordinate marketing logistics, vendor accounts, proposals, and project timelines.

• Assist with presentation center setup, creative direction, and event planning.

• Maintain and update customer databases (HubSpot, CRM tools) and manage lead follow-ups.

CRM, Automation & Lead Management

• Maintain and optimize CRM systems (GHL, HubSpot, kvCore, Brivity, BoldTrail).

• Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, scheduling, and client follow-ups.

• Track and manage sales leads, generate reports, and maintain accurate client records.

Administrative & Project Support

• Provide administrative support including scheduling, email management, file organization, and task coordination.

• Track action items, monitor project timelines, and manage marketing materials.

• Handle inbound/outbound communications with clients, vendors, and team members. Support marketing directors/managers in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Content & Multimedia Production

• Design digital assets such as infographics, brochures, landing pages, and promotional materials.

• Edit and produce videos for campaigns, courses, or social media channels.

• Develop online courses or e-learning materials if needed (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific).
