Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will ensure efficient coordination and scheduling, track and report order status, and liaise with customers to provide exceptional service.

This role requires excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in English , and a strong background in coordinating logistics or similar roles.

As a Logistics Analyst , you will handle various operational tasks including managing orders, coordinating schedules, following up with clients, and resolving any arising issues.

Requirements

Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Advanced English Knowledge: advanced, or professional.

• Experience in dispatching or logistics coordination: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to quickly understand and resolve issues related to deliveries and scheduling.

• Proficiency in using scheduling and route optimization software.

• Familiarity with tracking and reporting order status and liaising with customers.

Soft Skills Required:

• Professionalism: Professional attitude and ethical behavior.

• Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactiveness: Ability to foresee and address potential scheduling conflicts in advance.

• Prioritization skills: Ability to identify, establish, and assign priorities.

• Compliance: Ability to comply when necessary; following orders or specific instructions.

• Reliability: Ability to follow up and see tasks through to completion by committing to the orders they’re involved in.

Desirable Knowledge & Skills:

• Manage the day-to-day workflow and output of the department, prioritizing clients.

• Ensure timely response to clients and prioritization.

• Perform any other job-related duties as required.

• Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets.

• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.

• Hubstaff: Web App, Desktop App, and Hubstaff Tasks.
