So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.</p></div><h3><strong>THE ROLE</strong></h3> <p>As Healthcare &amp; Life Sciences Principal, Business Development (EMEA), you will partner with EMEA Sales and Sales Engineering leaders to shape and execute the region’s HLS growth strategy. You will connect market opportunity to field execution: prioritizing segments and accounts, developing repeatable vertical and horizontal plays, strengthening the organization and partner ecosystem, and leading critical customer and alliance initiatives. You will be expected to operate comfortably at three levels:</p> <p>● Strategic: Define where and how Everpure should win in European healthcare and life sciences.</p> <p>● Organizational: Build the capabilities, coverage, relationships, and operating cadence required to scale.</p> <p>● Commercial: Personally advance priority opportunities, alliances, and executive relationships to closed business and measurable customer value.</p> <p>The role requires a combination of HLS credibility, technical fluency in data and AI platforms, commercial ownership, and the ability to influence across country sales, SE, partners, and corporate teams without relying on formal authority.</p> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></h3> <p><strong>Own the Pipeline &amp; Financial Performance:</strong> Own the booking targets and financial performance for the segment by developing and executing a multi year strategic growth plan. Drive and scale the overarching pipeline and bookings targets across the EMEA ecosystem, establishing clear qualification criteria and pipeline visibility.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Define the EMEA Value Proposition:&nbsp;</strong>Define and articulate the value proposition for Healthcare &amp; Life Sciences to drive growth and establish Everpure as the industry leader.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Architect &amp; Execute Joint GTM Plans:</strong> Author and launch strategic go-to-market plans with priority partners, aligning internal cross-functional EMEA teams (Partner Account Teams, Core Sales, Alliances, Marketing) to unlock high-potential HLS customer accounts and activate new revenue streams.</p> <p><strong>Orchestrate Strategic Alliances:&nbsp;</strong>Orchestrate strategic vertical alliances and operationalize relationships with key partners to secure reference architectures and joint go to market motions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Enable and Mobilize the Partner Ecosystem:</strong> Equip sales teams and partners with the specialized tools, training, and playbooks they need to successfully position and sell vertical solutions. Train and align Partner representatives ensuring they can effectively articulate our value proposition, economic differentiation, and technical sizing for healthcare compliance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Drive Joint Demand Gen &amp; Thought Leadership:&nbsp;</strong>Act as a spokesperson for your vertical vision in customer meetings, industry events, analyst briefings, and media opportunities. Build credibility as a principal advisor by shaping the industry narrative around intelligent data foundations and enterprise AI adoption.</p> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong></h3> <p><strong>HLS &amp; Alliance Expertise:</strong> Proven success leading strategic business development or alliance management within the technology sector, with a deep understanding of customers solutions, cloud economics, and the specific regulatory, data, and compliance needs of the EMEA Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.</p> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Influence &amp; Execution:</strong> Develop and execute the global strategy for your segment in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams. A track record of balancing high-level strategy with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" execution mindset, showing a strong ability to build trust and influence executive leaders across partner organizations.</p> <p><strong>Agile Collaboration &amp; Communication:</strong> Outstanding business acumen and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multi-cultural EMEA environment.</p> <p><strong>Location &amp; Travel:</strong> We operate in a hybrid/field-based model.
