Head of Growth / Senior Growth Manager

About the Role

Lead growth across demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement at a remote-first B2B SaaS company focused on user-led growth. You will own the full funnel from campaign strategy through closed-won, while building the systems and reporting that help the business scale.

What You'll Do

• Plan and run integrated campaigns for product launches, category events, and company announcements.

• Own demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels, and track performance through closed-won revenue.

• Run an industry awards program and activate community opportunities for distribution and brand building.

• Grow a micro-influencer program with industry practitioners, investors, and software operators.

• Build and automate growth workflows that connect HubSpot, product data, and marketing channels.

• Develop tracking and reporting infrastructure to understand what drives results from first touch to closed-won.

• Use AI tools such as Claude and related workflow capabilities to reduce manual work and document reusable processes.

• Develop product positioning, launch plans, customer stories, newsletters, website updates, and sales enablement materials.

• Collaborate with leadership and colleagues across content, SEO, partnerships, design, product, and sales.

What We're Looking For

• Six to eight years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in B2B software, with ownership of growth, content, or demand generation.

• A track record of demand generation or content programs that generated measurable pipeline.

• Hands-on experience building or operating marketing automation, data integrations, analytics infrastructure, or AI-enabled growth workflows.

• Strong technical fluency with marketing automation, analytics, CMS tools such as Framer or Webflow, and the ability to work with engineering.

• Proficiency with Claude or similar AI tools; familiarity with skills, plugins, and workflow automation is valued.

• Experience in B2C growth, product-led growth, referrals, or word-of-mouth programs is relevant.

• SEO and GEO experience, excellent design judgment, strong English writing, and an organized, autonomous working style.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of €100,000 to €120,000 annually, with flexibility up to €130,000 for an exceptional candidate. Equity is offered through a VSOP plan. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Remote, with required availability within three hours of Central European Time. Eligible work locations are not specified.
