Our certified platform is key to our success. It provides the full digital infrastructure which makes Vicos come true as a new form to organize human labor and human-agentic interaction. It covers end-to-end all essential areas: marketing, finance, legal, and organization.

Why we are looking for founders & CEOs of new Vicos with SAP focus

The founders & CEOs of Vicos we call Vico Leads. They are the key players, growing their Vicos. An important focus of our growth lies in SAP services which offer much growth potential for disruption. Therefore, we look for proven leaders in SAP services to become successful Vico Leads with our backing and support. Thereby, you grow your Vico beyond 10M+ € in revenue and 6-7-digit personal income.

Some great leaders in SAP consulting have the ambition to become entrepreneurs. Few, however, act on it because the classic way to start a business is expensive and risky. Vícoland gives you the opportunity to (a) avoid the expenses and risk and (b) offer clients the unique benefits of services delivered by Vicos.

Your opportunity: cross the €10 million € revenue line within two years

We are looking for founders who want to take their Vico to €10 million in revenue and more, within about two years. Vicos can grow to multi-million € revenue already within 12 months.

• Your business: Your clients, your offer, your positioning. You decide what you build and how fast you grow.

• Your team: You build your team from freelancers and SMEs and can bind key people to your Vico by contract.

• Your profit & asset: Your Vico's profit is yours. You or a personal company of yours is general contractor of the Vico. Which means you can also sell the business you build as your Vico.

What you do

You run your Vico as its founder & CEO, that is Vico Lead. You:

• Win clients from your own network and build your own pipeline. Leads from Vicoland add to it, they do not replace it.

• Pitch, close deals and grow your client relationships.

• Define your focus, for example S/4HANA, BTP, FI/CO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors or AI.

• Recruit your team from your own network and from Vicoland's network of experts.

• Lead delivery and answer to your clients for its quality.

• Set the standards and playbooks your Vico scales with.

• Build your visibility through content, events and your community.

Who you are

• You have won clients: you have pitched, closed deals and kept clients.

• You have led and grew something: a team, a unit, a practice or a business line, ideally with revenue responsibility.

• You know enterprise technology and bring a network of clients and experts. SAP is the natural fit, because our expert network is strongest there. Strong experience in other enterprise technologies works as well.

• You want to build a company, not try out self-employment.

• You have not taken the step yet, but you are ready for it.

• You speak German and English fluently.

You do not need to be a finished entrepreneur yet. You do need the ambition to become one.
