🔹 Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CE / CRM
🔹 Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
Buscamos perfiles que combinen conocimiento de Dynamics 365 + entendimiento de procesos de negocio, capaces de participar en proyectos de consultoría e implementación desde el levantamiento de requerimientos hasta la configuración, integración, pruebas, despliegue y mejora continua de las soluciones.
Para CRM / Customer Engagement , nos interesa experiencia en áreas como:
• Dynamics 365 Sales y Customer Service
• Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate y Dataverse
• Procesos de ventas, servicio y customer journey
• Configuración, automatizaciones, datos e integraciones
Para Finance & Operations , buscamos experiencia en:
• Dynamics 365 Finance y Supply Chain Management
• Procesos financieros, operativos y de cadena de suministro
• Procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report e inventarios
• Reporting, datos maestros, migraciones e integraciones
Más que ejecutar configuraciones, buscamos personas con capacidad para entender el problema, proponer soluciones, trabajar con clientes y llevarlas a implementación.
