About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. You’ll manage campaign performance, coordinate content, improve SEO, and use data to identify opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with analytical skills, takes ownership of campaigns from setup to reporting, and can work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Align campaign activities with broader marketing strategies and business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to improve results.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, creative assets, and campaign approaches.
Content & Channel Coordination
• Develop and schedule content across relevant digital platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting messaging to each channel's audience.
• Write compelling, audience-appropriate copy for different marketing formats.
• Coordinate content reviews and approvals with relevant team members.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor campaign metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Use Google Analytics and platform-native dashboards to evaluate results.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
SEO & Website Optimization
• Audit and improve on-page and off-page SEO.
• Identify opportunities to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
• Monitor search rankings and SEO performance.
• Collaborate with the team to support ongoing website optimization.
Paid Media Management
• Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Manage advertising budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and return on investment.
• Monitor bids, budgets, creative performance, and campaign delivery.
• Optimize campaigns toward target cost-per-acquisition (CPA) or return on ad spend (ROAS) goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing activities with the customer journey.
• Communicate campaign updates, results, and recommendations proactively.
• Flag performance issues early and propose practical solutions.
Required Experience & Skills
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on responsibility for campaigns from briefing through reporting.
• Practical experience across paid search, paid social, email marketing, and SEO.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and digital advertising analytics dashboards.
• Strong written English and the ability to create compelling marketing copy.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage campaigns with minimal supervision.
Perfect Fit / Culture
You’ll thrive in this role if you take ownership of your campaigns from start to finish and consistently use performance data to guide your decisions. You should be proactive in communication, comfortable testing new approaches, and able to balance creative ideas with analytical thinking.
We’re looking for someone who identifies problems early, recommends solutions, and takes responsibility for improving marketing results.
Typical Day
• Review performance across active campaigns and identify opportunities to adjust budgets, bids, or creative assets.
• Schedule content and review copy for upcoming campaigns.
• Analyze channel metrics and prepare performance updates.
