As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the friendly voice of the company. You'll help our users with their questions, fix what's blocking them, and keep their experience smooth. Most of our support happens over chat. Premium customers also get video support, so you'll jump on calls from time to time.

What You'll Own

Customer Support

• Support customers over chat, email, and occasional video calls.

• Stay quick, friendly, patient, and professional in every conversation.

• Escalate issues to the right internal team and follow them through to resolution.

Technical Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot technical issues and walk users through the fix.

• Help users connect iClosed with automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks or API.

Feedback & Improvement

• Suggest improvements to our support processes and to the product itself.

• Help improve our product by providing feedback and suggestions.

Who We're Looking For

Required

• 1+ year of experience in customer support or a similar role.

• English: B2 spoken and C1 written.

• Basic knowledge of web apps and SaaS products (Intercom, ClickUp, Slack, email, Zapier/Make/n8n, scheduling tools).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex things simply.

• A problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

• Dedicated and hardworking, and happy when you've helped someone.

• Available to work shifts within 8am to 10pm CET.

Nice to Have

• French language skills.

Success in This Role

• Customers get quick, friendly, and accurate answers.

• Technical blockers are fixed, or escalated with clear context and followed through to resolution.

• Users get their iClosed integrations and automations working.

• Customer feedback reaches the team and helps improve the product and our support processes.
