If you're a Crew Pre-Operations Officer, Crew Scheduler, HR Specialist, Operations Coordinator, or anyone who's been the backbone of an airline or crew management operation, CrewNow is looking for you.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are:

• Crew Scheduling or Pre-Operations specialist

• Crew Management or Operations Administrator

• HR/Crew Support professional

• Compliance & Documentation officer

• Systems & Database manager (N-OC, crew systems)

• Crew Legality or FDP compliance expert

• Flight Operations Coordinator

• Anyone who's worked "behind the scenes" at an airline or crew agency

You have:

• 2+ years in airline/aviation operations, crew management, or related roles

• Deep understanding of crew scheduling, legality, FDP compliance, or operations

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Fluent English

• Knowledge of crew management systems (N-OC, Sabre, Amadeus, etc.) is a plus

• EU work authorization
