We therefore offer consultancy, managed services and combine with complementary premium technology, to protect what is important for our business clients: their and end-customers data.​ Your mission As an Consultant - Penetration Testing/Ethical Hacking (all genders) you advise our customers on their individual journey into and through the cloud. You help our clients to build a secure digital future by validating the security of our clients existing AWS cloud environments. As part of your responsibilities, you will do:

• Conducting penetration testing and security assessments in various cloud environments (networks, web applications, mobile applications, cloud structures etc.)

• Identifying vulnerabilities and risks in IT systems

• Creating reports with recommendations for addressing security issues

• Collaborating with other departments to improve overall security of the organization

• Keeping up to date with current attack techniques and methods

You collaborate with the team and stakeholders (Customers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers) in exciting and diversified projects while constantly learning new technologies and improving your skills. Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• EU-residency

• Experience in ethical hacking and penetration testing

• Practical experience in CTF (Capture the Flag) or other Hacking Events

• Knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Perl or Ruby

• Experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, etc.

• Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms

• Good communication skills in German and English

Preferred qualifications:

• Certifications such as CEH, OSCP are an advantage

• Existing track-record with AWS and/or other public cloud platforms

• Knowledge in complementary security disciplines

• Agile and customer-focused mindset and familiarity working in cross-functional teams
