• DBS Management: Monitor and process DBS renewals, ensuring they are completed within the required timeframes.
• Compliance Queries: Respond to compliance-related queries accurately, professionally and within agreed timeframes.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate, organised and up-to-date compliance records and documentation.
• Process Management: Help ensure compliance procedures are followed consistently, supporting efficient operations and a high standard of service.
Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail, with a thorough and methodical approach to checking documentation.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and helpful approach to queries.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and online systems or forms.
• A strong understanding of the importance of compliance in ensuring workers are appropriately checked before deployment.
Why Join This Opportunity?
• Make a meaningful contribution: Help ensure essential compliance standards are met across UK healthcare staffing.
• Take ownership: Manage key compliance processes and play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly.
• Work collaboratively: Join a team where communication, reliability and attention to detail are valued.
• Build on your experience: Apply your existing UK healthcare recruitment compliance knowledge in a role where your contribution matters.
If you have experience in UK healthcare recruitment compliance, enjoy keeping processes organised and take pride in getting the details right, we’d love to hear from you.
