Client Services Administrator

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Client Services Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

Role overview

You will be the dependable day-to-day contact for a UK firm's clients, owning requests, paperwork and follow-up from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and follow-through matter every day, and you will be trusted to work independently without being chased. You will also be part of a supportive remote team, with regular check-ins, clear priorities and the tools you need to do your best work from day one, so you always know what good looks like.

You will work UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK, 11:00–19:00 SAST) from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers. Remote Recruitment supports you from placement onwards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client emails and calls promptly and professionally

• Set up and maintain client records in the CRM

• Prepare documents, quotes and renewals

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues

• Track requests so nothing is left waiting

What you'll need

• Experience in a client-facing admin or account support role

• Confident with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce

• Excellent written English

• Strong organisation and follow-through

• Calm, polite manner with clients

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services

• Zendesk or Freshdesk familiarity

• Basic reporting in Excel
