At Wavelength we are building a global social media, marketing and creator agency built around the power of talent, content and communities . We create high impact marketing campaigns that connect brands with engaged audiences through creator partnerships, social storytelling, content production and live experiences across adventure, action sports, travel, automotive, fitness, wellness, beauty, technology, sustainability and entertainment.

The Opportunity

We are putting together a network of territory focused licensing agents around the world and looking for highly connected, commercially driven, deeply experienced brand licensing specialists who understand their local market and have the relationships, credibility and entrepreneurial drive to build a licensing business with us around some of the world's leading social media talent and social brands.

As a Country Licensing Agent , you will effectively become our partner and licensing representative in your territory. You will identify where our talent, brands, content and intellectual property can create commercial value and then find, pitch and develop the partners capable of bringing those opportunities to market.

Here is what you will be doing

Market Strategy & Planning

• Creator and brand

• Identify the most commercially attractive industry sectors and licensing categories

• Map the local licensing ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, distributors, brands and potential licensees

• Build an annual licensing pipeline and commercial plan

• Recommend which Wavelength talent, properties and IP should be prioritised in your market

Business Development & Sales

The opportunity is deliberately broad because our network of talent and intellectual property spans multiple categories.

This includes:

• Maintaining relationships with licensees and commercial partners

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to identify opportunities rather than simply respond to them

• Persistence and the ability to develop relationships over time

• Genuine interest in creators, talent, media, brands and intellectual property

Applying

We are looking for entrepreneurs and agents and not employees . You should already know your market. You should already know who the major players are. If you can open doors, develop relationships and turn opportunities into revenue, we want to hear from you. Apply through the portal or send your resume and cover letter to Thando () with the following:

• A summary of your relevant experience in licensing, IP commercialization, or media partnerships, including a link to your LinkedIn profile.

• Overview of your active industry network, key local market relationships,

• Examples of high-impact partnerships, licensing agreements, or commercial deals you have personally developed and closed.

• The specific licensing categories (e.g., apparel, CPG, tech accessories, LBE) you believe offer the highest revenue opportunity in your market.

Why Wavelength?

The creator economy has created an enormous amount of valuable intellectual property, audiences and cultural influence. Much of that value remains underdeveloped commercially.

Wavelength sits at the intersection of creators, audiences, brands, media and commercial partnerships . We are building a global network that can identify that value and turn it into scalable commercial opportunities. For the right licensing agent, this represents an opportunity to build a significant licensing business in their market without having to build the underlying talent network themselves.
