Your Mission

• Customer Refunds: Process customer refunds accurately and handle related inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.

• Invoice Management: Manage, verify, and check invoices for accuracy and compliance.

• Financial Reconciliation: Check and reconcile financial records to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

• Travel Expenses: Handle and review travel expense reports for the office team.

• Accounting Helpdesk: Support internal and external queries through our accounting helpdesk.

• Team Support: Assist the accounting team with various administrative and financial tasks as needed.

What You Should Bring With You

• Excel Skills: Very good Excel skills (this is a key requirement for the role).

• Accounting Knowledge: Basic accounting knowledge or previous experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and precision in financial processes.

• Software: Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

• Communication: Good written and spoken communication skills for working with colleagues and external contacts.

• Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
